河腩味
一燉跨晝夜,一味逾百年
2022創辦人賈春英女士研究牛肉麵湯頭,懷念父親在台灣眷村經營麵攤、養育七口之家的時光。 賈春英女士帶著這段歲月的味道,在台東當地經營了24年的「河南味」。
品牌升級前的「河南味」用家鄉味熬出令人惦念的滋味。 命名沿用舊名將南改作「腩」象徵老饕最愛的牛肉,也明確地傳達了品牌的餐食主軸。
視覺以現代曲線結合中式風格,加上手繪插畫輔助,整體帶出大器時尚感。
空間以深淺不同的木質,帶出溫暖與層次感,讓踏入店內造訪的顧客,從視覺到味覺,都能感受到伴隨著回憶的味道。
